Resolution #9 Precision on the implementation of the additional pension plan
On closer examination of this new and complex mechanism, difficulties emerged and led the Supervisory Board and Mr. Arthur Sadoun to suspend its implementation for the year 2022. As a result, new features will be submitted for approval at the Groupe’s next Shareholder Meeting in 2023.
